PART 1
Complete these 4 steps before you install the VistaPoint Software (PART 2)
- Create TSP Application User Account
- Download & Install the Cisco TSP
- Configure and Verification of Cisco TSP
- Configure Direct Send to Voice Mail
1) Create TSP Application user account (2m10s)
Create Application user account and set monitor on all devices you wish to see and control in VistaPoint. If you add new phones later or remove phones you will need to adjust this account in the Call Manager.
2) Download & install the Cisco TSP (0m32s)
Download this plug-in from your Call Manager and install it on the VistaPoint server before you install the VistaPoint Software.
3) Configure and Verification of Cisco TSP (1m33s)
Configure the Cisco TSP and associate it with the Application User Account you created
4) Configure Direct Send to Voice Mail
This will allow us to tie in our “send to voicemail” feature later |
