VistaPoint Attendant Console - Console Companion
The following depicts our Console Companion with the Active Directory Panel available
for locating employees and transfering callers. This user is logged into the Customer
Support Queue and as you can see, has two active calls in their Call List while
another waits in the queue for the next available operator (agent).
